Combining jogging, running and walking are a good combination for anyone wishing to either maintain or lose weight. You do not have to be on a diet to want to burn fat—you may just need to tone parts of your body. Jogging provides that as you swing your arms as you jog along your designated track or trail. The more rhythmic your movements are the more likely you are to burn more calories.
